When the client bought their new home, the basement was only partially finished.  In this renovation, several previously framed walls were removed and a new floor plan created.  The result is a large family entertainment and play zone that can be enjoyed daily while an inviting guest bedroom and bathroom are available when friends visit.  An awkwardly placed electrical panel is seamlessly integrated into the millwork media wall and marble clad fireplace.
