The sensory aspects of touch and sight play a large role in the success of a project. We create intimate, personalized designs through careful selection of colors, materials, textures, fabrics, and finishes. Sometimes relating to existing architecture, these critical selections can often be thought of as the jewellery of design - something that brings the finishing touches to complete the whole.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Well-constructed projects leave nothing to chance. Construction drawings take conceptual design ideas and put them into the language that informs the action of contractors; including framers, plumbers, electricians, millworkers and other trades.
Our clients want well built projects, which we ensure by specifying dimensions, the assembly of walls, floors, and roofs, material placement, millwork details and lighting locations - just to name a few elements of the construction drawing set.

DOCUMENTS
A part of the construction agreement, this is another the most important document required to bring a project through to completion.
All materials that go into a project are listed, including concrete, masonry, metals, wood, plastics, composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior, and more. The contractors need to know what to use and where to use it. That is our job (in coordination with you).
FURNITURE DRAPERY,
and UPHOLSTERY
Working with a carefully curated network of providers and consultants, DOW-PEARCEdesign selects these important elements with (or for) our clients. When necessary we oversee the delivery, arrangement and installation of furniture, drapery, and upholstery, while also passing along savings gained through our trade discounts and relationships offered by our suppliers.

Successful projects include the coordination of many moving parts. We work with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and municipal (and rural) permitting authorities. We are happy to work with your chosen professionals, or recommend quality providers from within our network.
